The HR & Sales Executive is responsible for managing human resource functions while supporting business growth through sales activities. The role includes recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, customer relationship management, lead generation, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate payroll and employee benefits administration.
- Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Organize training and development programs.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and product/service presentations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain sales reports and CRM records.
Administrative & Coordination
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth business operations.
- Prepare HR and sales-related reports for management.
- Support management in achieving organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Recruitment and employee management knowledge.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRMS and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Sales, or a combined HR & Sales role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
