Job Summary

BL International is looking for an experienced CAD Master to manage pattern making, grading, marker making, and CAD operations, ensuring cutting accuracy, optimal fabric utilisation, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle pattern digitisation, grading, and marker making as per buyer specifications
- Prepare accurate and cost-effective markers to minimise fabric wastage and optimise fabric consumption
- Coordinate with sampling, merchandising, pattern, and cutting teams for smooth execution
- Ensure pattern accuracy, measurements, and adherence to technical specifications
- Manage CAD files, pattern revisions, and documentation




- Support cutting operations and resolve pattern and marker-related issues

Candidate Requirements

- Relevant experience as a CAD Master in the apparel manufacturing/export industry
- Hands-on experience in Optitex CAD software is essential
- Strong knowledge of pattern making, grading, marker planning, and fabric consumption
- Good understanding of garment construction, buyer specifications, and production requirements
- Solid attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills
