We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Associates (BDA) with excellent communication skills to join our corporate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a professional attitude, and an interest in business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities in the corporate sector.
- Connect with potential corporate clients through cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and business conversion.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.





Eligibility & Requirements

- MBA qualification is mandatory, preferably in Marketing or Sales.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality with a professional corporate approach.
- Basic understanding of corporate sales and business development.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients.
