ABOUT THE COMPANY
Compucare India Pvt. Ltd. delivers technology-driven solutions for industrial monitoring and digital transformation. Its LYUMI vertical specializes in industrial LED display boards, production monitoring systems, ANDON systems, safety display boards, and customized industrial display solutions for manufacturing and industrial applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and develop business opportunities for LYUMI’s industrial display and monitoring solutions.
- Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate product specifications and solution feasibility.
- Handle customer inquiries, pricing discussions, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Develop relationships with industrial clients, OEMs, consultants, and key decision-makers.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, purchase orders, and ongoing sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution,



installation, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. An MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
- Experience: 2–4 years in techno-commercial sales, industrial product sales, electrical/electronic equipment, or automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic products and industrial applications.
- Experience preparing quotations, BOQs, technical proposals, and commercial offers.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, LED display systems, PLCs, and sensors is an advantage.
- Good negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
