- Assist the CDP in daily Indian kitchen operations.
- Prepare authentic Indian dishes as per quality standards.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and proper food storage.
- Guide Commis staff and support smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in Indian cuisine is preferred.
- Knowledge of Indian gravies, curries, and cooking techniques.
- Good teamwork and time-management skills.
