Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Production Department

- Assist in daily production activities.
- Operate production equipment as per instructions.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain product quality and workplace safety.
- Follow company production procedures.

2. Machine Operator

- Operate and monitor manufacturing machines.
- Load and unload raw materials.
- Check machine performance during operations.
- Report machine issues to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

3. Assembly Department

- Assemble components and products according to instructions.
- Perform manual and line assembly operations.
- Check assembled parts for defects.




- Maintain production efficiency and quality.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

4. Quality Control Department

- Inspect raw materials and finished products.
- Identify defects and report quality issues.
- Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections.
- Maintain inspection records.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Basic understanding of manufacturing operations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to follow supervisor instructions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
