Job Summary

Mathematics teacher to teach middle and secondary school students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to make mathematical concepts engaging and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics to students in accordance with the curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Explain mathematical concepts, formulas, and problem-solving techniques effectively.
- Develop students’ logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and numerical skills.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual support wherever required.
- Conduct regular assessments, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Use creative teaching methodologies, technology, and activity-based learning.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic performance and progress.
- Participate in school activities,



meetings, examinations, and other academic responsibilities.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- CTET/TET qualification as applicable to the recruitment requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong command of Mathematics and the CBSE curriculum.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and assessment techniques.
- Ability to use digital tools and technology in teaching.
- A student-centric approach with a focus on conceptual understanding.

Experience

Relevant teaching experience at the middle or secondary school level is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
