Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow Insty by TVF's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, audience engagement, and digital trends.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and working closely with the creative and marketing teams to strengthen the brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.
- Manage Insty by TVF's social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.
- Plan, coordinate, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop engaging and platform-specific content.
- Identify current social media trends, formats, and opportunities relevant to the brand.
- Monitor social media performance and track key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, views, and conversions.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, faculty, students, and other stakeholders to source relevant content.
- Support campaigns, events, student activities, workshops, and other initiatives through social media.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, platform features, and industry trends.




- Monitor competitors and analyse their social media strategies.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and communication across platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and lead-generation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major social media platforms.
- Excellent knowledge of social media trends and content formats.
- Strong content planning and copywriting skills.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Solid creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling/analytics platforms is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of video/reel editing is an added advantage.
