KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer and merchant queries related to payment transactions, accounts, and technical issues.

Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer concerns.

Assist merchants with transaction-related queries and technical integrations.

Manage support tickets and maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.

Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams for effective resolution.

Identify recurring issues, escalate critical incidents, and contribute to improving customer support processes.

REQUIREMENTS

1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Merchant Support.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.

Familiarity with CRM systems,



ticketing tools, and data management.

Basic understanding of APIs, technical integrations, and payment transactions.

Experience with Fintech and Billpayments will be preferred.
