- Value-Added Services (VAS) & Package Promotion:
- Pitch and sell after-sales products, including extended warranties, ceramic coating, interior detailing, and genuine accessories.
- Campaign & Service Camp Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing seasonal service camps, monsoon check-ups, or free-inspection events.
- Coordinate local promotional material, digital reminders.
- Customer Feedback & Post-Service Follow-ups:
- Conduct post-service feedback calls to check customer satisfaction levels.
- Log complaints or service escalations and coordinate with the service manager to ensure timely resolution and high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) metrics.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
