Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹18,500
- Monthly Allowance: ₹1,500
- Total Monthly Compensation: ₹20,000
- Performance-based incentives as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels.
- Connect with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.
- Promote the company's digital marketing and IT services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and service packages for prospective clients.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert business opportunities into projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain daily activity reports, lead records and follow-up updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding.
- Contribute to the company's business development and revenue growth.

Monthly Business Development Goals

- Work towards achieving 5 successful project acquisitions per month.




- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
- Focus on client satisfaction, relationship building and long-term business growth.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Interest in sales, marketing and business development.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and build client relationships.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a growth-oriented mindset.
