Job Summary

Craft Interactive Technologies is looking for an experienced ERPNext Developer with at least 2 years of experience in ERP development, customization, and implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Python and the Frappe Framework, along with hands-on experience in ERPNext development.

The role involves developing and maintaining ERPNext applications, implementing custom features, automating workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and building system integrations. The candidate will collaborate with functional consultants and other technical team members to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesERP Development & Customization

- Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext applications and modules based on business requirements.
- Build custom features, workflows, scripts, forms, reports, dashboards, and system enhancements.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.
- Customize ERPNext using the Frappe Framework and its development tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications, REST APIs, and external systems.
- Optimize existing code and application functionality to improve performance and reliability.

Testing, Troubleshooting & Support

- Test and validate new features, customizations, and enhancements before deployment.
- Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues, application errors, and software defects.




- Troubleshoot ERPNext functionality and provide technical support during implementation and post-deployment activities.
- Investigate recurring issues and implement appropriate long-term solutions.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Documentation & Collaboration

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, and development records.
- Document customizations, integrations, and technical changes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and technical discussions.
- Stay updated on ERPNext, Frappe Framework, Python, and relevant development technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERPNext development or a relevant software development role.
- Robust knowledge of Python programming and the Frappe Framework.
- Hands-on experience in ERPNext customization and development.
- Understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, and application architecture.
- Working knowledge of SQL and databases such as MariaDB/MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and system integration.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and functional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
