1. Guest Room Cleaning & Maintenance

- Perform daily cleaning, servicing, and upkeep of guest rooms as per hotel standards and SOPs.
- Ensure proper bed-making, linen replacement, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitization.
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and room supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and missing items promptly.

2. Public Area Cleanliness

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in corridors, lobbies, washrooms, and designated public areas.
- Ensure housekeeping equipment, cleaning materials, and storage areas are properly maintained.
- Follow scheduled deep-cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.

3. Guest Service & Satisfaction

- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and housekeeping requirements.
- Maintain professional grooming, etiquette, and guest interaction standards.
- Ensure guest privacy, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
- Handle guest belongings and lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures.

4. Linen, Laundry & Inventory Management

- Ensure proper handling, collection, and distribution of linen and towels.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and report shortages to supervisors.




- Minimize wastage and ensure efficient utilization of cleaning materials.

5. Safety, Hygiene & Compliance

- Follow hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely as per prescribed guidelines.
- Adhere to departmental SOPs, grooming standards, and hotel policies.
- Report safety hazards and suspicious activities immediately.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: 10+2 / Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years in the Housekeeping Department of a hotel or resort.
- Freshers with relevant hospitality education are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
- Good communication skills and a guest-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
