Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced “Manager” for our reputed Fishnet manufacturing Company in Nagercoil.

Key Role Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily company Administration and Operations.

Monitor employee performance, attendance, and productivity.

Set business goals and ensure targets are achieved.

Manage effective Marketing and achieve Sales.

Coordinate with departments, clients, suppliers, and management.

Prepare reports on sales, expenses, operations, and performance.

Manage budgets, costs, and company resources.

Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed.

Report company performance and progress to the owner or directors.

Required Qualifications

Any Bachelor's Degree. 2–5 years of relevant management experience.

Positive leadership and team-management skills.

Strong communication and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, reporting, and business operations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
