We are looking for a Client Coordination Executive to handle supervisor/client queries and ensure smooth coordination with supervisors for UAN activation and related employee documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and resolve client & supervisor queries.
- Coordinate with supervisors for UAN activation and employee-related requirements.
- Follow up with supervisors for pending data/documents.
- Maintain proper records and trackers.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Regular follow-up and reporting on pending activities.

*Eligibility & Skills:*

- MBA preferred (HR/Operations preferred).




- Valuable English communication skills – verbal & written.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple queries and tasks efficiently.

Job Location: Mohali, Phase 8B*

Experience: Relevant experience in client coordination/HR operations will be preferred.
