Job Overview

We are looking for experienced IIS DataStage Developers to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere Information Server (IIS), DataStage, ETL development, SQL, and enterprise data integration.

Candidates will be responsible for developing and maintaining ETL jobs, optimizing data workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring reliable data processing. Knowledge of Python scripting is an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Experience and Salary Range

- P3 Level: 5–8 years of experience, salary up to ₹20 LPA
- P4 Level: 8–12 years of experience, salary range ₹28–32 LPA
- P5 Level: 12–16 years of experience, salary up to ₹40 LPA

Salary will depend on relevant experience, technical expertise, and role level.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance ETL jobs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Build and manage data integration workflows across multiple data sources.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data processing and analysis.
- Troubleshoot ETL job failures and resolve data integration issues.
- Monitor and improve ETL job performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Support production deployments, releases, and ongoing maintenance.




- Work with data engineers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation in accordance with development standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere Information Server (IIS) and DataStage.
- Valuable understanding of ETL development and data integration concepts.
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases.
- Experience in ETL performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of data transformation, data quality, and validation.
- Ability to analyze technical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Relevant experience working in enterprise data environments.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Python scripting for automation and data processing.
- Experience with enterprise data warehouse environments.
- Understanding of data integration standards and best practices.

Python knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Location

The position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Candidates must be willing and available to work from Mumbai.
