About Us: We are an early-stage fashion-tech startup bridging traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. We specialize in made-to-order clothing, crafted by our network of skilled tailors and embroidery workers in India, and sold primarily to the US and Canadian markets. We operate two brands: organolinen.com (@organolinen), our sustainable clothing label, and fitsall.ai, our custom sizing software.

About the Role: You will be the voice of Organolinen! This role focuses on helping our US-based customers find their perfect fit and ensuring order details are flawless before production begins.

What You Will Do:

- Answer customer chats, emails and WhatsApp messages in clear, friendly English, with AI tools to help you write.
- Keep customers updated on their orders and help with sizing questions, exchanges and returns.
- Photograph finished products in our office using a light box and phone, following a fixed shot list, and do basic color correction.
- Upload photos and update product pages on our online store (we train you on Shopify), and help improve the website.
- Send photos and short videos to our social media team and support our digital marketing.
- Cover orders and dispatch when the operations person is away.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Clear communication and good thinking. You will write to customers in North America every day with help from AI writing tools, so care and judgment matter more than perfect English.
- A learner: curious about fashion, e-commerce and digital tools, and happy to pick up new skills.
- Experience in customer support, retail, hotel front desk, or any customer-facing job is a plus. Freshers are welcome.
- Comfortable with a smartphone camera and simple photo editing apps (Canvam Snapseed,



Lightroom mobile or similar). (Nice to do: mention what phone you currently use in the job application)
- Organized, punctual and dependable.

Schedule, Growth & Perks:

- ₹12,000 per month base, paid on or before the 5th of every month, rising to ₹13,500 after a successful 6-month probation.
- Commission on sales you close through our website live chat.
- Monthly bonuses for attendance, new skills learned, and company sales, plus a summer loyalty bonus.
- 30 days off a year: 15 paid vacation days, 7 medical leave days and 8 flexible public holidays.
- Working hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm IST, or an earlier shift (our current team works 7:30 am to 3:30 pm). Some daily overlap with our management in Canada (Pacific time) is needed.
- 100% in the office for the first 6 months of training; a hybrid option may be available after that.
- Training in e-commerce, customer service for international customers, product photography and AI tools.
- Startup culture: you learn several parts of the business, work directly with the founder, and grow with the company, with the opportunity to be considered for a future employee stock option plan as we grow.
- Written appointment letter and 30 days' notice period.
