Job Summary

InfoBay.AI is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Hardware & Network Engineer to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in computer hardware troubleshooting, network configuration, operating system installation, and end-user IT support.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, hardware, and network connectivity issues.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment.

- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and LAN/WAN networks.

- Install and troubleshoot Windows and Ubuntu operating systems.

- Perform network cabling, rack installation, and cable management.

- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.

- Maintain IT asset inventory, network diagrams, and technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate or relevant technical qualification.





- 6 months to 1 year of experience in hardware and networking.

- Basic to good knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.

- Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IP addressing, routers, and switches.

- Hands-on knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with Ubuntu Desktop/Server is preferred.

- Knowledge of printer troubleshooting, network cabling, and IT support.

- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000, depending on skills and experience.
