Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries, bookings, holiday packages, and other travel services.
- Follow up with potential customers, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Explain travel packages, offers, and services to customers.
- Provide excellent customer support before and after bookings.
- Maintain customer records and update sales information.
- Build positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales, customer support, or the travel industry is an advantage.

- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000- 15000
