Job Description

Hotel Rajadhani is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused F&B; Service Associates to join our team. Candidates should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Prepare tables and ensure proper arrangements before service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food delivery.
- Respond to guest requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Clear tables and maintain proper dining arrangements.
- Follow hotel service standards and food safety procedures.
- Assist the F&B; Captain and other team members with daily operations.

Requirements





- Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Service preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts and as part of a team.

Salary

Market-competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
