Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual and in-person counseling sessions for study-in-Germany programs.
- Evaluate academic transcripts, eligibility, ECTS credits, and APS requirements.
- Recommend appropriate German language courses (Goethe, Telc, ÖSD) based on career goals.
- Manage lead pipelines, handle inquiries, and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Assist candidates with university applications, blocked accounts, and visa documentation.
- Provide continuous support to candidates and parents from inquiry to enrollment.
- Advise candidates on European job prospects, salary structures, and living standards.
- Screen resumes and verify qualifications against foreign job requirements.
- Guide candidates through document recognition (Anerkennung), language prep, and work visas.
- Support candidates with Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte) and Skilled Worker Visa pathways.
- Coordinate candidate interview prep, document attestation, and employer requirements.
- Track candidate milestones in CRM to ensure smooth placement processing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
