- 1–2 years of experience in inbound and outbound call centre operations.
- Healthcare industry experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries, follow up with patients, and drive appointment bookings.
- Willingness to work towards defined productivity and performance KPIs.
