Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT / Non-IT Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding selection, offer letters, and joining.
- Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate records.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experienced in IT & Non IT.
- Experienced with Naukri & linkdin
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
