WE ARE HIRING – SALES EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Maxsoindia Industrial Solution Private Limited is seeking an energetic, motivated, and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team., Work Location: Faridabad and Noida , Experience: 2–3 years of experience in industrial sales preferred , Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / ITI preferred , Key Responsibilities Generate new B2B customers and identify business opportunities Conduct door-to-door visits and cold calls to acquire new customers Visit industries, factories, OEMs, and other potential customer locations Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial solutions Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers Manage enquiries from lead generation through order closure Maintain regular customer follow-ups and build long-term business relationships Coordinate with the purchase team, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution Achieve monthly sales and collection targets Maintain accurate daily sales and lead reports,



Products / Solutions Industrial Products and Solutions Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Safety PPE Spill and Leak Solutions Other industrial requirements Candidate Profile , Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Robust follow-up and customer relationship management abilities , Experience in door-to-door sales and cold calling , Positive attitude and willingness to travel , Must own a bike and hold a valid driving licence ,Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets, Experience in B2B, industrial, or technical sales will be an advantage Ability to independently develop new customers and business opportunities Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + incentives (Salary will depend on experience and skills.)
