- Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries from the website, Google Ads, social media, and other channels.
- - Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and customer verification.
- - Qualify leads and coordinate with the relevant sales team.
- - Engage with exhibition visitors and invite customers to events and product launches.
- - Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and daily calling reports.
- Requirements
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- - Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- - Willingness to learn CRM software.
- - Freshers and students are welcome; telecalling experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
