1. Barista

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to prepare high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages according to CAARA's quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and other beverage equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and beverage quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and workstation.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Interact courteously with guests and respond to their beverage preferences.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Barista is preferred; candidates with a strong interest in coffee may also apply.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage presentation is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

2. Server

Job Summary:
The Server is responsible for providing attentive and efficient service, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating and menu information.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.




- Ensure tables and service stations remain clean, organised, and well-presented.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with the team to resolve concerns.
- Follow billing, order-taking, hygiene, and restaurant service procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behaviour at all times.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in restaurant service is preferred; freshers with a positive attitude may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly personality with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

3. Senior Server

Job Summary:
The Senior Server will deliver exceptional guest service while supporting the smooth functioning of daily restaurant operations and guiding junior service team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality food and beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Guide and support Servers in maintaining service standards.
- Assist with table allocation, section management, and service coordination.
- Ensure accurate order taking, timely food delivery, and proper billing procedures.




- Handle routine guest requests and escalate complaints to the Supervisor or Manager when required.
- Monitor cleanliness, table setup, mise-en-place, and overall floor readiness.
- Assist in training new team members on service standards and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and management team to ensure smooth service.
- Support stock control and responsible handling of restaurant equipment.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service; experience in a senior service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to guide junior team members and take responsibility during service.
- A professional, guest-oriented approach with attention to detail.
