Network (LAN/WAN) Support Support and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN, and network connectivity issues. Perform root cause analysis for network-related incidents impacting applications and user access. Troubleshoot routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, TCP/IP, and network performance issues. Monitor network bandwidth utilization and identify latency, packet loss, and connectivity problems. Coordinate with telecom and ISP providers for WAN/MPLS circuit issues. Verify network changes and assess their impact on application availability and performance. Server & Infrastructure Support Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments. Investigate high CPU, memory, disk, and resource utilization issues impacting application performance. Monitor server health, services, processes, and infrastructure components. Perform basic troubleshooting of virtualization environments, storage systems, and infrastructure services. Ensure availability of critical services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Services. User & Desktop Support Troubleshoot user access issues related to applications, shared folders, printers, and internal resources.



Support end-user systems experiencing performance degradation due to applications or infrastructure issues. Diagnose authentication and access-related issues using Active Directory and security policies. Incident & Problem Management Handle Priority 1, Priority 2, and Priority 3 incidents according to defined SLA requirements. Prioritize business-critical application outages over non-critical desktop issues. Perform incident analysis, escalation, and coordination with relevant teams. Drive bridge calls and coordinate among Application, Infrastructure, Database, and Network teams. Create and maintain Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation for major incidents. Ensure timely communication with stakeholders during critical outages.
