Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Team Leader to manage Modern Trade sales operations across South Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key dealer relationships, improving product visibility, monitoring stock availability, and implementing promotional activities to drive market growth for IMPEX products.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned territories.
- Monitor sales performance, primary and secondary sales, and market productivity.
- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, pricing, and promotional visibility at dealer counters.
- Monitor stock availability, inventory levels, dead stock, and ageing products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and identify new business opportunities.
- Implement trade promotions and coordinate with Marketing for promotional activities.
- Track competitor products, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Submit regular sales reports and market updates to the reporting manager.




- Support sales team development through product training and sales skill improvement.
- Recruit, Train and Manage the In-store Promoters in the designated counters.

Requirements

- Strong sales management, leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of dealer management, retail merchandising, and Up-to-date Trade operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience

Experience in Modern Trade sales, preferably in consumer durables, home appliances, or consumer electronics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
