Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant specializing in Intake Management with strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in requirement gathering, solution design, procurement process optimization, and a deep understanding of intake management processes. Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and support SAP Ariba intake management processes, including business requirements, workflows, and procurement request handling.
- Conduct detailed discussions with business stakeholders to understand procurement needs and intake process requirements.
- Perform requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design for SAP Ariba procurement and sourcing.
- Provide functional expertise in SAP Ariba procurement and sourcing solutions.
- Analyze existing intake processes and recommend improvements to streamline procurement operations.
- Work extensively with SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchasing, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related procurement activities.
- Support integration and process alignment between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, business requirements, and solution design documents.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, technical teams,



and other stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support testing, issue resolution, and implementation activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba procurement and sourcing.
- Good understanding of SAP Ariba Intake Management and procurement intake processes.
- Ability to perform detailed analysis of intake workflows, requirements, and business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, and solution design.
- Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) functions.
- Understanding of the integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical functional solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba procurement and sourcing implementations or enhancements.
- Strong functional understanding of procurement intake processes and workflow design.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to define and optimize procurement processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
