Samraat Finlease Private Limited, an RBI-registered NBFC, is looking for a Collection Executive to join our team at Sector-62, Noida.

Role: Collection Executive

Location: I-Thum Tower, Sector-62, Noida

Employment Type: Full time, On-site

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with customers on overdue payday loan accounts via calls and field visits

Achieve monthly collection targets and reduce delinquency (DPD, NPA , buckets)

Negotiate repayment and arrange timely recovery

Maintain accurate collection records and daily reports

Follow RBI guidelines and the company’s Fair Practices Code in every customer interaction

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum [1-2] year of experience in payday loan collections

DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification is a must

Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (English is a plus)

Target-oriented and professional in handling customers

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
