Job Description
Jayaram Cards is looking for an Online Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage customer enquiries, assist with wedding card selections and help convert online enquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, the company website and other online channels.
- Help customers select wedding invitations by explaining product options, designs, specifications and pricing.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support sales conversion.
- Coordinate order details, payments, production updates and delivery information.
- Provide timely, skilled support before and after sales.
- Maintain customer records and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong English communication skills,
both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in spoken Tamil or Hindi to communicate effectively with customers.
- Good written communication and customer-handling skills.
- A friendly, patient, organised and sales-oriented approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Instagram, WhatsApp and online communication tools.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly off
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time, office-based position at our Puthiyapalam, Kozhikode location.
