We are looking for a motivated and experienced Operations Executive with a marine background and knowledge of the maritime industry.
Candidates with any of the following qualifications or experience will be preferred:
1. 4th Engineer
2. Deck Cadet
3. Engine Cadet
Key Requirements
- Must have a marine or maritime background with a valuable understanding of marine operations.
- Relevant work experience is required.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel as required based on operational needs.
- Candidates based in Kerala are preferred, especially those residing in Ernakulam.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and follow-up on ongoing assignments.
- Maintain operational records, documentation, and reports.
- Support marine-related projects and other operational activities as required.
