We are looking for an experienced and responsible Field Audit Executive for our Rangia location. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field audits, verifying customer information, monitoring field collection activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits for customer verification and audit purposes.
- Verify customer details, documents, and collection records.
- Monitor and verify field collection activities.
- Identify discrepancies, irregularities, or policy violations and report them to the concerned team.
- Prepare and submit regular field audit reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve audit-related issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Previous experience in Field Collection or Field Audit is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
