#Job Summary

Leisure & Lifestyle Global Services Private Limited is looking for passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Service Trainers to deliver theoretical and practical training to candidates from Manipur under the DDU-GKY skill development programme.

Training will be conducted at HRIT College Campus, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The selected trainers will play an important role in developing candidates' hospitality knowledge, practical service skills, and professional readiness for employment in the hospitality industry.

#Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training in Food and Beverage Service.
- Train candidates in restaurant operations, food service techniques, guest handling, and hospitality standards.
- Develop candidates' communication, grooming, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and learning activities.
- Monitor candidate attendance, progress, discipline, and learning outcomes.
- Maintain lesson plans, training records, assessment records, and other required documentation.
- Prepare candidates for hospitality industry employment through practical learning and professional development.

#Eligibility and Requirements





- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with reputed hotels.
- Solid knowledge of Food and Beverage Service operations.
- Good communication, presentation, and practical training skills.
- THSC Training of Trainers (ToT) certification preferred.
- Candidates without a ToT certificate should be willing to undergo the required ToT training upon joining.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering youth through skill development.
- Manipuri Language Proficiency: Ability to understand and communicate in Manipuri (Meiteilon) is preferred to facilitate effective communication and training for candidates from Manipur.
