We are looking for a creative and reliable **Video Editor** to produce high-quality, fast-paced, trend-aligned video content for our brands. This includes Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and showroom walk-in campaigns. The ideal candidate should be capable of crafting catchy, story-driven content in niches like tiles, bathroom solutions, interiors, and business consulting.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Edit videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook (30–60 second formats)

* Transform raw footage from the shooting team into engaging short-form videos

* Enhance content using trending edits, transitions, text animations, beat cuts, sound sync, and robust hooks

* Perform color correction, basic grading, audio cleanup, and select background music

* Maintain a consistent look and feel aligned with the brand style guide

* Deliver edits quickly in sync with the weekly content calendar

* Add subtitles, captions, and on-screen text in both Malayalam and English

* Edit product showcases, showroom walkthroughs, transformation videos, and testimonials

* Collaborate with the creative team to suggest ideas and improvements

### **Required Skills & Qualifications**

* Proficiency in at least 1–2 tools: Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut

* Basic to intermediate knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics





* Strong understanding of Reels/Shorts pacing, storytelling, and trends

* Good typography sense and subtitle timing

* Audio sense: music selection, sound effects layering, and voice clarity

* Attention to detail and consistency across multiple brand styles

* Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple edits per week

### **Good to Have (Bonus Skills)**

* Camera knowledge or shooting experience

* Basic skills in Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva (for thumbnails and posters)

* Experience editing interior, product, or lifestyle content

* Familiarity with AI editing tools (auto-captions, eye-contact correction, etc.)

* Script sense or ability to suggest engaging hooks
