Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in lead generation or sales preferred
Key Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals
- Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products/services and generate interest
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and transfer them to the sales team for follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems regularly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for lead development
- Prepare reports on lead generation activities and provide insights to improve processes
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Build and maintain relationships with leads to understand their needs and challenges
