Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily packing activities and manage packing staff.
Ensure proper packing of finished goods as per company standards.
Verify product quantity, quality and packing specifications before dispatch.
Ensure correct labelling, identification and packaging of products.
Maintain daily packing reports and production records.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Store Departments.
Ensure timely completion of packing and dispatch activities.
Monitor packing material stock and report shortages.
Ensure proper handling and storage of finished goods.
Follow 5S, safety rules and housekeeping standards in the packing area.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 2–3 years in packing supervision in a manufacturing company.
Skills: Team handling, stock management, reporting and coordination.
Computer Knowledge: Basic Excel and data entry preferred.
