Job Summary

To ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across hand tools manufacturing and forging operations, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, customer-specific requirements, and applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

· Plan and conduct internal audits, process audits, and system audits; ensure timely closure of audit findings.

· Manage QMS documentation, including procedures, SOPs, work instructions, formats, and quality records.

· Coordinate with Production, Forging, Heat Treatment, Machining, and Quality Control teams to ensure process compliance.

· Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and effectiveness verification for non-conformities.

· Monitor quality performance indicators, rejection trends, customer complaints, and process improvement activities.

· Ensure effective implementation of core quality tools, including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and 7 QC Tools, as applicable.

· Coordinate customer audits, certification audits,



and compliance assessments; ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

· Support process standardization, risk assessment, and continual improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process reliability.

· Conduct QMS awareness and quality-related training for employees and relevant stakeholders.

3. Required Skills and Competencies

· Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, QMS implementation, and audit procedures.

· Practical experience in CAPA, RCA, 7 QC Tools, document control, and non-conformance management.

· Working knowledge of hand tools manufacturing, forging, machining, and heat treatment processes.

· Understanding of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

· Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive continual improvement.

4. Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in hand tools, forging, automotive components, or engineering manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
