1. Job Summary

Innodust Techsolution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and dedicated IT Trainer for its DDU-GKY project. The candidate will be responsible for delivering IT-related training to rural youth, developing their digital and employability skills, and preparing them for assessments and employment in accordance with the approved course curriculum and project guidelines.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theoretical and practical IT training as per the approved curriculum and training schedule.
- Teach computer fundamentals, MS Office, internet applications, email communication, and other relevant IT topics.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Conduct regular tests and evaluate students' learning progress.
- Maintain daily attendance, session plans, assessment records, and training documentation.
- Ensure student participation, discipline, and timely completion of the prescribed syllabus.
- Support students in developing digital literacy, communication, and workplace readiness skills.
- Coordinate with the Center Manager, Quality Team,



and other project staff.
- Support internal assessments, external examinations, and placement readiness activities.
- Comply with DDU-GKY project requirements, prescribed training standards, and company policies.

3. Educational Qualifications

- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a relevant discipline.
- BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT), MCA, B.Tech (CSE/IT), or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- Relevant technical or trainer certifications will be an added advantage.

4. Experience

- Freshers with sound technical knowledge and positive teaching skills may apply, subject to project eligibility criteria.
- Prior experience in IT training, vocational education, or the skill development sector will be preferred.

5. Required Skills

- Strong computer knowledge and practical IT skills.
- Good communication and classroom management abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate students from rural backgrounds.
- Effective documentation and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of student assessment and training methodologies.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
