We are seeking a data-driven Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google and Meta. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing and a solid understanding of campaign analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and audiences
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively
- Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics (GA4)
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
- Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS
- Experience with conversion tracking (Pixel, Tag Manager)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing
