· Checking for Everyday Call Assigned List

· Verification of Invoices with Materials / MRP / MTM / P/N, Qty & S/N

· Verification of Invoice Value for E-Way generation

· Arranging Materials for shipment outwards

· Delivering the products to customers place & getting the acknowledgement from the customer

· Call completion updates in WhatsApp once the assigned calls completed

· Reporting of Pending Call Status along with Reason

· Coordinating with Sales Rep at the time of any gate pass / delivery & Pickup issues

· Submission of Documents, Acknowledgments , Delivery Challans, Purchase Invoices, to Reporting Head as per the call assigned

· Getting documents signature from the director’s place

· Documents distribution to Auditor’s office

· Courier Packing

· Stock Checking as per the guidelines received by the Reporting Head

· Any work assigned by reporting head without any time limit

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
