- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies, pricing models, and regional expansion plans
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team across online, offline, and partner channels
- Target & P&L; Ownership: Set individual and team sales quotas, monitor performance KPIs, and maintain full profit-and-loss (P&L;) accountability
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Legal for RERA compliance, agreement vetting, and regulatory approvals.
- Work with Finance on payment tracking, revenue recognition, and cash-flow impact analysis.
- Partner with Projects/Execution to align product readiness and in office customer experience.
- Liaise with CRM/Post-Sales to support handovers and customer retention
- Market & Data Analytics: Interpret market trends, track customer acquisition costs (CAC), and optimize the sales funnel using CRM tools

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
