BS Createch is a creative startup working across branding, graphic design, UI/UX design, digital marketing and customised artwork. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editing & Content Creation Intern to help us produce engaging video content and strengthen our digital presence.

Role Overview

As a Video Editing & Content Creation Intern, you will help transform raw footage, creative projects and ideas into engaging short-form videos and social media content. You will work closely with the founder to create content for Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

This is a remote, part-time internship suited to someone who enjoys video editing, storytelling, visual creativity and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos.
- Turn raw footage into engaging videos with effective hooks, pacing and storytelling.
- Add text overlays, subtitles, transitions, music and sound effects where appropriate.
- Create polished videos showcasing artwork, design projects, behind-the-scenes processes and brand activities.
- Resize and adapt videos for different social media platforms.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and follow the brand's creative direction.

Content Creation

- Suggest creative video concepts, opening hooks and content ideas.
- Help plan video content based on upcoming projects, trends and marketing goals.
- Create simple thumbnails, covers and supporting social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Write or assist with video captions, titles and content descriptions.




- Repurpose existing footage and creative assets into multiple content formats.

Research and Performance

- Research relevant Reels, Shorts, editing styles and social media trends.
- Identify suitable editing techniques to improve audience retention and engagement.
- Review available content performance insights and suggest improvements.
- Organise raw footage, project files, exports and reusable content assets.

Team Coordination

- Communicate regularly with the founder regarding assignments and deadlines.
- Share drafts for review and incorporate feedback.
- Maintain an organised workflow and deliver agreed content on time.

Requirements

- Interest in video editing and digital content creation.
- Basic knowledge of at least one editing tool, such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro or a similar application.
- Understanding of vertical video formats and social media content.
- Creativity, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate clearly and meet deadlines.
- Access to a suitable device and internet connection for remote work.

Preferred Skills

- Experience editing Instagram Reels or YouTube videos.
- Familiarity with Canva, subtitles, audio syncing and basic colour correction.




- Understanding of hooks, pacing and visual storytelling.
- Previous video samples or a portfolio.

Professional experience is not mandatory if you can demonstrate creativity, basic editing skills and a willingness to learn.

Internship Details

- Position: Video Editing Intern
- Type: Paid, part-time internship
- Location: Remote, India
- Duration: 3 months
- Working hours: Approximately 4 hours per day, 6 days per week
- Starting stipend: ₹2,000 per month

Stipend Growth and Performance Review

The starting stipend is ₹2,000 per month. Stipend increases may be considered based on performance, editing quality, creativity, consistency, reliability, improvement and timely completion of assigned work.

Any increase will be discussed and communicated clearly in advance. An increase is performance-based and is not automatic or guaranteed.
