- Handle outbound calls and generate sales leads
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, and payment plans
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into site visits
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits
- Maintain customer details and regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and closure
