Real estate experience preferred. Requirements & Responsibilities - Minimum 5 + years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate. - Excellent communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills. - Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, complaints, site visits, and presentations.



- Support the sales team in converting leads into customers. - Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and follow-up reports. - Coordinate with sales, marketing, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
