GROUP FINANCE MANAGER | AKASA GROUP

Location: Kannur / Taliparamba, Kerala

Full-time, on-site

Salary: ₹50,000+ per month, based on qualifications and experience

AKASA GROUP brings together AKASA FURNISH, AKASA HOMZ, and AKAB FABRICS, working across furnishings and interiors. We are looking for a Group Finance Manager to oversee financial management and business reporting across the group.

Responsibilities

- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and month-end closing across group businesses.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash-flow plans, and management reports.

- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, inventory, and business profitability.

- Strengthen financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting processes.

- Coordinate statutory compliance and audits with external professionals.





- Support management with financial analysis and business decisions.

Qualifications and experience

- CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance; alternatively, a strong accounting qualification with substantial practical experience in financial management and business reporting.

- Ideally 5–10 years of relevant experience, including experience in trading, wholesale, distribution, import, or an inventory-heavy business.

- Solid accounting, financial analysis, cash-flow management, and reporting skills.

- Ability to coordinate finance activities across multiple businesses and communicate clearly with management.
