1. Job Purpose

To teach Hindi language and literature effectively, develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills, and promote appreciation of Hindi language and literature in accordance with the prescribed school curriculum.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver Hindi lessons according to the prescribed syllabus and academic calendar.
- Teach Hindi grammar, prose, poetry, comprehension, essay writing, and composition.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching materials.
- Conduct class tests, periodic assessments, and examinations.
- Evaluate answer sheets, maintain academic records, and provide timely feedback.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and provide remedial support where required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation.
- Organize Hindi-related activities, including poetry recitation, debates, storytelling, and essay writing.




- Integrate appropriate teaching aids and digital tools into classroom instruction.
- Communicate students’ progress and learning needs to parents when required.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Complete syllabus coverage and submit academic documentation within stipulated timelines.
- Follow school policies, academic guidelines, and child safeguarding procedures.
- Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the Principal or school management.

3. Educational Qualifications

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Hindi or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent recognized teaching qualification, as applicable to the position.
- Must meet the applicable eligibility criteria for the relevant teaching level and school affiliation

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
