- Manage Google Ads campaigns for hair transplant, hair treatment and skin treatment.
- Manage Meta Ads on Facebook & Instagram.
- Generate qualified leads for Big Derma Kolkata & Berhampore.
- Create and optimize campaigns for WhatsApp, calls and consultation bookings.
- Keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
- Manage remarketing campaigns.
- Track CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and lead quality.
- Set up/monitor Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and Meta Pixel/CAPI where applicable.
- Regularly test different creatives, offers, audiences and landing pages.
- Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and videos.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Reduce irrelevant/spam leads and improve qualified consultation leads.
- Work closely with the calling team to identify which campaigns are producing actual patients.

Preferred experience

1–3+ years of hands-on experience in:

- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Lead-generation campaigns
- Healthcare / aesthetic / dermatology / hair-transplant marketing is a major advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
