We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive business growth through targeted B2B outreach and up-to-date digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Lead Generation: Execute targeted outbound prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn, email) to engage key decision-makers in manufacturing and industrial facilities.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Run integrated digital and email campaigns to attract, nurture, and generate high-intent B2B automation leads.
- Technical Solution Sales: Deliver product presentations, address technical client requirements, and close long-term automation accounts.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Log, track, and nurture leads through the CRM to maintain high conversion rates across the sales cycle.

Requirements

- Experience: 1+ years in B2B sales, outbound outreach, or digital marketing (experience in industrial/automation/engineering products is a plus).
- Key Skills: Strong hands-on experience in cold calling,



email outreach, and selling complex products and services.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools, email automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.), and professional networks.
- Traits: Strong communication, active listening, technical adaptability, and a result-driven mindset.
- Qualification: Both Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
