Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards at the site.
- Ensure compliance with applicable EHS laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, workplace audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and employee safety training.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure protected work permit compliance for hot work, work at height, confined space, electrical work, and other high-risk activities.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor fire safety equipment, emergency exits, first-aid facilities,



and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain EHS documentation, inspection checklists, training records, incident reports, and statutory registers.
- Coordinate emergency drills and ensure employees understand emergency response procedures.
- Monitor waste management, pollution prevention, and environmental compliance, as applicable.
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and management to resolve safety issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly EHS performance reports.

Qualifications

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
